It was one of Life's pleasures to have known you Mike and to have shared ideas, concepts, strategies and humour. Your support during my times of woe over the years has been tremendous and care for others always came to the fore. That glance across the table at Rifle Club Meetings and on the firing point often showed us to be of of the same ilk, almost telepathic. You will be sorely missed and often remembered. Mike and Marion were such supporters of the relationship between the Ashford and Hopewell, Virginia Twinning. They were always so friendly and opened their home to so many of us over the years. I regret that he was not able to come visit us one more time. He will be greatly missed on this side of the pond. Milton and Susan Martin

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
